Where is my order?

Orders are delivered as per the time you chose at the checkout. This is either within 5 business days (Royal Mail 24 Tracked) or 7 business days (Royal Mail 48 Tracked). Often we are much quicker than this. Please note that business days do not include weekends.

I can't find my order or tracking confirmation email what should I do?

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can track your package and keep an eye out for it. Also check your spam folder to see if its landed there. If you still can't find it, please contact us at info@amelamelts.com we will be happy to help you out.

My order has still not arrived, what should I do?

We suggest you frequently check the tracking link provided to you through your email. If you have checked and still have not received an update, please contact us at info@amelamelts.com. We will do the leg work and get to the bottom of it. We appreciate your patience while we look into it.

I've received a damaged item, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear this. Please send an email to info@amelamelts.com with your order number and a picture of the item purchased. We will then resolve asap by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship nationwide in the United Kingdom. We hope to ship internationally in the near future! For now, we are working very hard to build our brand and find our groove before moving forward into international sales and shipping.
